With over 15 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, Marcia brings a deep understanding of wellness, beauty, and client-centered care to her role as Patient Care Coordinator at Gilpin Facial Plastics. Marcia’s journey in aesthetics began in Philadelphia, where she developed a passion for helping people feel confident and radiant in their own skin. Later, she and her husband moved to San Diego to start their family and embrace an active lifestyle filled with hiking, biking, camping and beach life.

In 2024, after relocating to Nashville, Marcia was honored to join the incredible team at Gilpin Facial Plastics. She feels it’s been a joy to continue her work in a city that blends Southern charm with vibrant, modern innovation. Marcia loves having the privilege of guiding patients through their aesthetic journeys—answering questions, easing nerves, and building lasting relationships. Her favorite part of this role is seeing patients light up as they recognize their dreams in the mirror. Being a trusted part of that transformation is both an honor and a pleasure.
