How Does Sculptra Work?
Sculptra is made with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biostimulating active ingredient. PLLA works by prompting the body to create new collagen, enhancing the skin’s quality, elasticity, and overall youthfulness. Sculptra works differently from traditional fillers which simply restore volume in the skin. Sculptra uses your body’s regenerative properties to reverse aging signs and achieve volume. The results can last much longer than traditional hyaluronic acid fillers which metabolize quickly.
What Can Sculptra Treat?
Sculptra is an excellent option for aging signs caused by volume loss like wrinkles, fine lines, and folds around the mouth and lower face. However, with the expertise of our knowledgeable injectors, it can be used all over the face, especially in areas that can benefit from natural volume. However, if you’re looking for lip or undereye fillers, our injectors can help you explore alternatives since Sculptra is not recommended for these areas.

At this point, you can return for additional treatments based on your goals.
