This patient had sustained a fall while skiing, and hit her nose which had caused a nasal obstruction. This caused quite a bit of dorsal irregularity, crookedness, and a dorsal hump. Dr. Gilpin performed an open septorhinoplasty which straightened the nose, and improved her airway. Dr. Gilpin also refined the tip and gave this a gentle rotation (elevation) and also straightened the tip. The patient was very pleased with this result.
