This patient did not like her
volume loss and sagging skin around the mouth, neck, and eyes. She also
wanted to improve the fine lines around her mouth. The patient underwent full facial fat transfer to
these areas. The patient has significant improvement around her mouth and jawline, and even has
some tightening of the neck skin. She is very pleased with her results.
