This patient wished for the size of nose to be refined and made smaller. Specifically, he wanted the nasal dorsum (bridge) to be reduced and for the nasal tip to be made smaller. He also wished for the tip to be rotated more in a more superior (upward) direction. The patient was very pleased with his results.
