This patient underwent a Revision Rhinoplasty along with a Chin Implant. The patient had a previous rhinoplasty with another surgeon before coming to our practice. She did not like how her nasal tip pointed downward and did not like how her columella(the skin bridge between the nostrils) was visible. We corrected these concerns, and brought the nasal bridge down, as well. The patient also had a chin implant placed, which improved the balance between her nose and the rest of the face.
