This patient wished for the tip of her nose to be less ‘bulbous’ and more refined. She also wanted for the tip to have a slight upward rotation. The nasal bridge also was straightened and reduced in size. These goals were able to be addressed through an Open Rhinoplasty. The patient is very pleased with her results.
