This patient wanted the fullness under his chin to be softened, and the skin around the chin and jawline to be tightened. He also was not interested in surgery at this point. The patient had two treatments with Kybella with excellent reduction in his submental fullness, and improvement in the jawline and jowls. The patient is very happy with his results.
