This patient came to Gilpin Facial Plastics with a specific concern of fullness under her chin. She also did not wish to undergo a surgical procedure to correct this. On her physical exam, we noted excess submental (under the chin) fat. She had a beautiful response to two treatments with Kybella over a 12 week period. The patient has restoration of her jawline, and even some tightening of the skin. She is very pleased with this result.
