Description:
This patient felt she looked angry and tired when she arrived at Gilpin Facial Plastic Surgery. People who did not know her thought that she was angry with them, when she really was not. This was very distressing to her. We performed a high forehead browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with subtle, yet dramatic, results. The patient was very pleased, and her eyes look much less tired. She also had a facelift performed at the same time as the browlift and blepharoplasty.

Description:
This patient had no peripheral vision on either side because of the way her upper lids drooped. She described her appearance as looking tired and heavy. We performed an upper lid blepharoplasty, and her vision has improved dramatically. Also, her eyes now appear more open.

Description:
This patient felt that her eyelids and brow looked “heavy and tired”. She wanted her eyes to be and look more open while keeping the natural appearance of her eyelids. Dr. Gilpin and team were able to achieve her goals with an Open Browlift complemented with an Upper and Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty.
