Christine Banks, Practice Supervisor, Nurse Injector, Laser Specialist

With over 15 years of Aesthetic Director experience, Christine does a brilliant job in the role as our Practice Supervisor and Nurse Injector/ Laser Specialist. She previously spent years as the regional cosmetic trainer and speaker for well renowned pharmaceutical company Galderma and Allergan as well as being a member of the Tennessee Society of Laser Medicine.

Her patients race about her skill set and ability to know the right course of action to combat aging. She ensures that all staff are continually educated and trained on the latest in aesthetic and laser treatments. Christine is passionate about her job and uses her knowledge to continually help the practice to provide the best treatments available for each patients’ goals.



Lisa James, Patient Care Coordinator

While visiting our office for a surgery consultation, potential patients are sure to meet Lisa, our Patient Care Coordinator. She ensures that patients are scheduled for surgery and shares in all our patients’ anticipation and enthusiasm throughout the surgery scheduling process– from the initial consultation to post- operative care.

As a previous patient of Dr. Gilpin, she can speak to his expertise and is able to understand the patient experience. She is delighted to offer constant support and care throughout our patients’ surgery journey.





Kristin Braxton, Medical Assistant

Kristen joined our practice in December of 2019 and has transitioned from assisting Dr. Gilpin to performing aesthetic treatments full time in our Medi Spa. She has worked in the Plastic Surgery and Dermatology field since 2001, giving her the knowledge needed to customize treatments for a wide range of skin concerns. She is certified in a variety of nonsurgical treatments including micro needling, chemical peels, various lasers, and dermaplaning. Chances are if you’ve liked any Instagram posts or watched any videos in our office Kristin has created it as she manages the social media platforms for our practice.



Lacy Gifford, Medical Aesthetician

Lacy is devoted to embarking on the journey to help her patients reach their skin care goals. Her tailored treatment plans and personalized skin care regimens set her a step above the rest and can be admired on the red carpet.

Since beginning her career in New York, Lacy has gained over 16 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician. She holds certifications in multiple arenas including medical lasering and light devices, microneedling, chemical peels, and multiple medical grade skincare lines. She felt called to Nashville in 2017 and can be found expanding our in-house skin care line since she joined the practice in 2020.



Gloria Terrazas, Surgical Tech

Gloria became a Certified Surgical Technologist in 2018. Prior to joining the practice in December of 2020, Gloria had the pleasure of working with Dr. Gilpin at another surgical facility. She believes that patient care and safety are at the core of being an operating room staff member.

Some of her responsibilities include ensuring the operating room is safe and sterile during procedures, preparing surgical items to improve efficiency during surgeries, and assisting Dr. Gilpin with all the surgeries scheduled in our surgery suite. As a CST, Gloria enjoys having a front row seat to all the wonderful transformations we see.




Chelsea Ramos, Analyst

Chelsea joined the Gilpin Facial Plastics team in 2015 and now works as our Practice Analyst. She began her career as a Massage Therapist and decided to make a change after she moved to Nashville from her hometown of Detroit, Michigan.

As our billing specialist and practice analyst she helps our day-to-day programs run smoothly through her attention to detail.




Jesica Carter, BSN, RN

Jesica Carter, BSN, RN is a licensed registered nurse with 12 years of experience in plastics surgery and other surgical services. Jesica is committed to exceeding the needs and expectations of every patient. She enjoys sharing in the excitement of each patient’s transformation process and assisting in providing the best experience possible. She believes that having a connection and professional relationship with each patient is of utmost importance.






Jasmine Kinchen

Jasmine, a Louisiana native, joined our practice Spring 2022 after moving to Nashville. She has over 6 years of experience in the medical field working as a surgical volunteer, medical scribe, nurse technician, and medical assistant. Most currently, prior to joining Gilpin Facial Plastics, Jasmine worked as a medical assistant under various Louisiana dermatologists where she fell in love with the aesthetics side of medicine. You can find her assisting with pre-operative/post-operative appointments and aiding our nurse injector, Christine, with injections and different laser treatments.


Outside of medicine, she embodies what it means to be empathetic by tutoring young children with learning disabilities and being a source of help for the underrepresented community. Being empathetic allows her to provide great patient care to all patients who seek our help in life-changing transformations.

Lauren Moore BSN, RN

Lauren transplanted to Nashville in early 2019 from Columbus, Ohio. She has several years of nursing experience which started in the Neurovascular Intensive Care Unit and led her to working in the perioperative setting. You can expect to spend your full surgery day with Lauren; she helps to prepare you for your procedure, is in the operating room for the entirety, and assists in your recovery directly after surgery. Lauren is passionate about providing patients with the best and safest experience possible for the most optimal outcome. She loves seeing patients transform into the best version of themselves!


Betsy Delcarpio, Aesthetic Liason

As the aesthetic liaison of Gilpin Facial Plastics, Betsy is the first friendly face you will see when visiting our office. She is a Nashville native currently attending South College to obtain a license in nursing. She has over 3 years of healthcare experience in diverse specialties such as optometry, urgent care, and assisted living. These experiences have provided her with the necessary skills needed to properly care for patients. It is Betsy’s professional opinion that the best medical providers possess both quality medical skills and interpersonal skills. Having that said, she adheres to the quote by Germany Kent which states, “Kindness is universal. Sometimes being kind allows others to see the goodness in humanity through you. Always be kinder than necessary.”


While working alongside various medical professionals, she discovered a passion for aesthetics and witnessing patients transition into feeling their best. She is excited to be a part of the team and looks forward to working with you in person or via phone.
